"Noa Villas Deluxe Villa Giveaway" Promotional programme Terms and Conditions
Lappi Cabins Oy, a company incorporated under the laws of Finland, Business ID 3449368-3 (VAT No. FI34493683), with its registered office at Korpijoentie 575, 99550 Aska, Finland (“Noa Villas”), offers you the opportunity to participate in the “Noa Villas Deluxe Villa Giveaway” promotional programme (the “Programme”), conducted via Noa Villas’ official Instagram account (the “Instagram Account”).
The Prize consists of a 3-night stay in a Deluxe Villa for two (2) guests, including daily breakfast, to be redeemed during December 2026, subject to availability (the “Prize”).
By participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), which constitute a binding agreement between you and Noa Villas for the purposes of the Programme.
1. Eligibility and participation conditions
- To participate in the Programme, you must:
- Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of participation;
- Have a valid Instagram account;
- Follow Noa Villas’ official Instagram account @noavillas.fi;
- Tag at least 1 friend in the comments section of the giveaway post;
- Subscribe to the Noa Villas newsletter using the designated sign-up form – https://preview.mailerlite.io/forms/1976617/175117813141210609/share
- To participate in the Programme, you must:
- Participation in the Programme is free of charge. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.
- Employees of Lappi Cabins Oy, members of their immediate families, and any persons directly involved in the administration of this Programme are not eligible to participate.
- Participation is open worldwide, subject to applicable local laws. Participants are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful in their country of residence.
- Participants may submit multiple entries by posting separate comments with different tagged friends. However, each tagged account must belong to a real individual. Fake accounts, duplicate accounts, automated entries, or any fraudulent or unfair activity may result in disqualification.

- The Programme begins on 10 July 2026 and closes on 23 July 2026 at 23:59 (Finnish time, EEST) (the “Closing Date”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
- One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seventy-two (72) hours following the Closing Date.
- The winner will be announced in the comments section of the giveaway post and contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
- If the selected winner does not respond and confirm acceptance of the Prize within seven (7) calendar days after notification, Noa Villas reserves the right to select an alternative winner using the same random selection process.
- The Prize consists of:
- One (1) three-night (3-night) stay in a Deluxe Villa at Noa Villas;
- Accommodation for up to two (2) guests;
- Daily breakfast included.
- The Prize is valid for stays during December 2026, subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply, including Christmas and New Year’s holiday periods, at the sole discretion of Noa Villas. Travel to and from the property, airport transfers, lunches, dinners, beverages, activities, excursions, travel insurance, personal expenses, taxes (if applicable), and any other incidental costs are not included unless expressly stated.
- The Prize is personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.
- The stay must be reserved directly with Noa Villas in advance and is subject to accommodation availability.
- To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Noa Villas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the Programme or from the acceptance or use of the Prize.
- Noa Villas is not responsible for technical failures, interruptions, or delays affecting Instagram, Meta platforms, internet services, or any third-party systems used in connection with this Programme.
- This Programme is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants acknowledge that they provide their information to Noa Villas and not to Instagram or Meta.
- Noa Villas reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme at any time where reasonably necessary, including due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Noa Villas also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms or engages in fraudulent or unfair conduct.
- These Terms and the Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland.
- Any disputes arising from or relating to the Programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Finland.
PRIVACY NOTICE
By participating in the Programme, you acknowledge that Lappi Cabins Oy will process your personal data solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, selecting the winner, contacting the winner, arranging the Prize, and complying with applicable legal obligations, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Finnish data protection legislation.
For the winner, Noa Villas may collect the following personal data:
- Full name;
- Email address;
- Telephone number;
- Any additional information reasonably required to arrange the stay.
Personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to administer the Programme and fulfil applicable legal obligations.
Participants have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of their personal data, restriction of processing, data portability where applicable, and to lodge a complaint with the competent Finnish data protection authority.
