NOA was designed to preserve the landscape rather than reshape it. The villas follow the natural contours of the riverside, using locally sourced timber, ground-source heating and carefully considered architecture that blends quietly into its surroundings.
Dark-sky lighting, low-impact construction and a long-term approach to hospitality help protect the surrounding nature, allowing both the landscape and the northern sky to remain as untouched as possible.
