NOA Villas – Direct Booking Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are refundable, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
  
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable (100% charge).
  
  

Date Changes

• 30 days or more before arrival: date changes are free of charge, subject to availability.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: date changes are treated as a cancellation.
  
  

Refunds

• Any refundable amount is returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
