Accommodation cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival are refundable, minus a 10% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable (100% charge).

Date Changes

• 30 days or more before arrival: date changes are free of charge, subject to availability.
• Less than 30 days before arrival: date changes are treated as a cancellation.

Experiences & Transfers  cancellation Policy

• Snowmobile and Sliding Snowshoe Safaris
  Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity.
  Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the activity are non-refundable.
• All Other Activities
  Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled activity.
  Cancellations made less than 7 days before the activity are non-refundable.
• Transportation Bookings
  Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival.
  Cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival are non-refundable.

Refunds

Any refundable amount is returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
